How to use MyoGlow for best results
MyoGlow is simple to use — but a few small habits make the difference between average and excellent results. Here's the full routine, how often to use it, and the mistakes to avoid.
The 4-step routine
- Cleanse — wash the treatment area with a gentle cleanser and pat completely dry. Clean skin lets the device and serum work properly.
- Apply serum — smooth on a generous layer of your activator or firming serum. This isn't optional: the serum provides glide and gives electroporation something to drive deeper.
- Select your mode — power on and choose red for anti-aging/firming, blue for texture/clarity, or amber for de-puffing and contouring.
- Glide upward — move the device slowly upward across your arms in lifting motions, about 2–3 minutes per arm, 5–10 minutes total.
How often should you use it?
Daily use produces the best results, especially in the first several weeks as you build firmness and tone. Once you've reached the look you want, you can reduce to 3–4 sessions weekly for maintenance. Consistency matters more than session length.
Serum tips
- Use a hydrating or firming serum with peptides, hyaluronic acid or vitamin C for best synergy.

- Apply enough that the device glides smoothly — dragging on dry skin is uncomfortable and less effective.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Skipping serum — reduces glide and wastes the electroporation benefit.
- Using it occasionally — the biggest reason people feel underwhelmed is inconsistent use.
- Rushing — slow, upward strokes beat fast scrubbing.
- Getting it wet — never submerge it or use it in the shower; wipe the head clean instead.
- Leaving jewelry on — remove rings, bracelets and piercings from the area first.
